Certifications

The commitments of the company are achieved by :

  1. the development and implementation of the HACCP ( in accordance with the principles of the Codex Alimentarius CAC / RCP 1-1969, Rev. 4 - 2003 & Annex and standard ISO22000:2005) which has detected, predicted and manages all potential risks, associated with procuring olives , packaging materials and the various stages of processing,
  2. cooperation with reputable producers and traders of olives and suppliers of packaging materials , which are subject to continuous monitoring and are encouraged to continuously improving,
  3. implementing effective quality control at all stages of receipt olives / edit / oil production / bottling / packaging and storage of finished products,
  4. placing all the necessary resources and tools to achieve all of these commitments ,
  5. encourage those responsible for the Management System of Food Safety for constant updates on current technological changes and the current national and international regulations and literature,
  6. ongoing training of our staff and the diffusion of any relevant information to them and as well to all stakeholders ( operators control , customers, suppliers , etc. )
