This is an exceptional extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity and a distinctive character, thanks to the unique microclimate of the region where it is grown.
It is pressed within a few hours of harvesting under optimal conditions of cold-press extraction.
The flavor is fruity with medium intensity, moderately bitter, and mildly spicy, featuring the intense freshness of green olives and notes of red fruits, pepper, and freshly cut grass.
It is recommended to be consumed raw at the end of a meal to highlight its aromas and flavors.
